SPIC has established an integrated management system, based on internationally recognized schemes and methodologies, aimed at developing, implementing and maintaining organisation, management and control models, in order to increase performance and in line with the principles of ethical behavior and policies corporate.
One of the company’s primary objectives is certainly to offer products and services with the highest levels of quality aimed at the complete satisfaction of its customers and all interested parties, while promoting the protection of the environment, the protection of health, safety at work, integrity and dignity of all resources involved.
SPIC promotes a culture of legality through its zero tolerance of behaviour in contrast with the ethical principles adopted by the company and its compliance with the rules and regulations in force. Therefore, it has implemented a system for handling reports concerning behaviour, acts or omissions that damage the public interest or the integrity of the company (Whistleblowing).
Furthermore, our company has obtained from the Competition and Market Authority (A.G.C.M./Antistrust) the “Legality Rating” with the maximum score attributed of “three stars”.
The “Legality Rating” is an evaluation of compliance with legality and, in a more general sense, the level of attention placed in the correct management of the business.
