History
SPIC has a long history in the design and construction of complex and large projects.
The foundation of SPIC dates back to 1985 and after twenty years of activity in Italy the acquisition of GICO Maghreb, already present in the North African market, thus allowing the expansion of SPIC in Algeria, which constitutes an important market for the Company which in the country is a reference leader for all local and international companies operating in the area.
In 2007, SPIC Internazionale was created, with the precise objective of operating at a wider level.
The acquisition of PROCOM in 2009, a company referenced in the same field od SPIC, gave another boost to the size of the SPIC group.
On 2021 the merger by incorporation transforms the Group once again. A new company capable of facing modern challenges, combining experience and the ability to innovate itself in order to follow the spirit of sustainability.
Today SPIC operates in Europe, Asia and Africa and during over 30 years of history has accumulated a wealth of references and experiences obtained from the realisation of works among the most important and technologically advanced.
